Growing up in faith
Our aim
that every person will become mature in Christ and serve Him in particular areas of ministry.
How we plan to do this
by encouraging an atmosphere of praise and worship to God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit;
by applying His truths to life today in the preaching and teaching of His Word;
by developing an education programme for children, young folk and adults which includes Sunday School,
youth work, weekly fellowship groups and other groups which encourage us to develop and become mature as Christians;
and by creating an arena where the Spirit of God is desired and free to minister to us.
Growing together in faith
Our aim
that every person will know and appreciate being part of the Family of God
How we plan to do this
by establishing and developing a family and a community centered on Jesus Christ and which has clear goals in every aspect of life in our church, including fellowship, pastoral care, social programmes and family development.
Growing out in faith
Our aim
to be the manifest presence of Christ in our world, personally and corporately drawing others to Him
How we plan to do this
by recognizing that because here in Glasgow, we are only a small part of God's Kingdom work we need
to join with others with similar aims and visions;
and by committing ourselves in partnership with local churches, Trinity Church of Scotland,
Merrylee Church of Scotland, St Gabriels Catholic Church and cathcart United Free Church of Scotland.
